Brand positioning and Experiential Strategy for luxury skincare multibrand Infokrasa.

At Infokrasa, I led brand positioning, marketing strategy, and experiential activations. Within one year, we repositioned the company from a traditional distributor into a leading authority in aesthetic medicine in the Czech Republic, using a strategy centered on luxury communication, experiential marketing, and strategic partnerships.

We introduced a series of industry defining IRL activations and cross-industry collaborations with fashion, media, and lifestyle partners. The most notable event was the launch of FILLMED, where we organized the largest gathering of aesthetic doctors in the Czech and Slovak markets, hosting more than 60 leading physicians.
